A simple tote with a pieced accent, the possible variations of the panel design are numerous (chevron, herringbone, pinwheel, center square, hourglass, sailboat, and bias diamond to name a few). Whatever final design you choose for the panel, the construction steps are the same.
Bianca Springer was born in The Bahamas and learn to sew by her mother’s side. She now resides in Pearland, TX with her family who are a constant source of inspiration and encouragement. She writes for sewing magazines, teaches sewing and produces a wide range of sewing pattern weights to help increase sewing efficiency.
